Quick View provides users easy and quick access to entity information such as Claims, Claim Units, Payments, Coverage’s, Contacts, Coverage Alerts, Damages, Occupants, Endorsements, Vendors, Medicare, Claim Assignees etc., on selecting a particular entity. This avoids multiple drilldowns for obtaining the entity information. When the entity information is obtained, user can navigate to the related view upon drilldown on the first field of the entity information. Quick View is designed in such a way that it can be easily configurable. It is driven by rules defined for each entity in admin tables. Fields that are displayed in Quick view are also configurable for each entity.

This application automates the paper work of accounts department and reduced the overall time spent by account admin team by 30%. Portal provides details of deliveries, invoices applied and credits paid to the customer. There is also provision to check the archived account details.
The 9th Annual Day was celebrated on 24th April 2015, at Hotel Goldfinch Mangalore. The Event started off with a formal function which included awarding outstanding performers, reading the Annual Report, cutting of director MR. KS Pai’s Birthday Cake and followed by some entertainment by the Invenger Employees. The event ended with a DJ party and Grand Dinner.
A web application developed using Kendo Scheduler UI has been integrated with Siebel that provides easy way to access the user's appointment/Unavailability details. It also enables user to access appointment/Unavailability information of his/her Team, Division and Peers. The scheduler application has features like access appointments based on users visibility, filter appointment based on zip codes, re-schedule and re-assign appointments by drag and drop.
Under the Initiative of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India NarendraModi, the Digital India Campaign was organized at various IT Organizations and Invenger was also part of it. A digital Collage competition was organized for the employees on the Topic "Swacch Digital India" and the winners were awarded with electronic goodies. There was also a presentation on the topic of E-Waste and Cyber Security.
Employees put on their chef caps and got into a cooking spree. The participants cooked various dishes which included 1 savory, 1 dessert and 1 drink.All of the 3 dishes were cooked without fire.
With the redesign initiative, Invenger brought the 'responsive' aspect to the customer's web application, making it behave consistently across all platforms and devices like Android, iPad and Apple Watch. The redesign resulted in significant performance improvement over the previous site and the user traffic to the website is increased by 15%.
Invenger developed an application to be used by Drivers for accounting delivery details. This application intuitively shows the user invoices delivered and allows adding collected payment details. Application also produces various reports per Customer which can be used for understanding the trends.
Invenger hosted a few patriotic events on the occasion of Independence Day. The series of events included painting/sketching competition, a get together with spot games and a dance performance. We also had a short video displayed for our employees reminding us all about what real freedom would be if each of us could be better citizens of India. We also had the bays decorated with the “Tiranga” colors. All the bays were decorated with tricolored balloons and flags bringing in the spirit of independence! The judges had a tough time judging the Painting/ Sketch Competition since every painting/sketch was better than the other!The later parts of the event had prize distribution. The winners of the spot games were given chocolates and gift vouchers. The painting and sketching competition had 3 prizes each and the winners were awarded with cash prizes. There was a special prize for the dancers too for their mind blowing performance! The event wrapped up with the singing of the National Anthem.
Invenger conducted the annual sports event. The Events included Carrom and Table Tennis tournaments for various categories like Men’s Doubles, Female Doubles, Mixed Doubles. The events were held at Invenger’s sports café and the participation was in full spirits.
The festival of lights was celebrated with great enthusiasm; all employees came dressed in Ethnic Attire. There was a get together at the cafeteria followed by few fun games, prize distribution and Snack Party.
This content management system is developed for Sales representatives of wholesale distribution company. Important documents like flyers, promotions, deals are synchronized and maintained on the application for making better sales. This new platform enables the client to keep the sales representatives notified about new promos & deals so that they can focus on increasing sales.
June 22nd, 2013 - Invenger Technologies received the FKCCI Best Software Exporter Gold Award for the year 2013. This is the second time in a row that this coveted award has been conferred upon Invenger. The Award ceremony was held at Hotel Le Meridien in Bangalore on 22nd June 2013. Muniyappa, Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Director General of Foreign Trade for India - Anoop K. APRIL 1st, 2013— Invenger Technologies has successfully completed its examination in conformity with AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization for the period October 01, 2012 through March 31, 2013. The audit was performed by an independent US based accounting and auditing firm. Subsequently, Invenger will go through the SSAE-16 attestation process on a yearly basis to demonstrate compliance. Completion of the SSAE 16 Type II examination indicates that selected processes, procedures and controls within Invenger Technologies have been formally evaluated and tested by the auditing firm. The examination included Invenger’s controls related to Software Development, Software Testing, Technical Support and its internal services including IT Administration, Physical Security and Human Resources. Approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), SSAE-16 is widely recognized, because it represents the fact that a service organization has been through an in-depth examination of its control objectives and control activities. A Type II report not only includes the service organization's system description, but also includes detailed testing of the design and operating effectiveness of the service organization's controls. Invenger builds and delivers a Sales Order Entry App for Android and IOS devices for a US based Mobile Solutions Company. This application is primarily designed for retail order entry. It lets customers scan barcodes, UPCs, enter order details, email them etc. The application serves as an efficient and easy to use order entry system.
Invenger’s CRM Consultants have successfully deployed Siebel Open UI on Windows and Linux platforms. New features of the Siebel Open UI are being experimented with. The team is also keenly keeping track of the latest patch releases from Oracle.

Invenger builds and delivers an iPad based Automated Rebate Tracking Application for a US based Mobile Solutions company. The application would help in achieving rebate compliance for customers in an effective and efficient manner. The application will give distributor’s sales staff relevant information to ensure manufacturer compliance, order programs, and also monitor retailer status in the field.
Invenger’s CRM Consultants got certified in Developer , Administrator and Architectural capabilities of Salesforce. Following this, Invenger performed a successful Proof of Concept for a cloud based CRM solution to one of the largest Insurance companies in the US.
Invenger COE team launched Oracle Real Time Decision Server that can be used as a self learning intelligent system to make decision based on the empirical knowledge accumulated through observing the current process. Capabilities of the Oracle RTD were harnessed and demonstrated to a client through a proof of concept. Currently, the team is working on designing solutions for some of the complex business processes with the goal of reducing client costs
Christmas was celebrated at Invenger with the usual flair. Bay decoration competition was held between different teams within the Organization. This time around, it was Invenger's QA team which took the honors, by coming up with a very unique way to showcase local Tulu Nadu culture.

Invenger "women in Pink" bagged Runner-up trophy at first Women's Cricket Tourney "Advaith Hyundai BIG FM Navras Cup" organized by 92.7 BIG FM as part of Navarathri celebration at Urwa Cricket Ground on Sunday October 2. Overall match was of 5 overs for the 3 prelims and 6 overs for the finals. BCCI National Panel Umpire Hari Govind and KSCA Umpire Sandip umpired the match.
As part of Christmas celebrations, various competitions were held at Invenger. Bays were decorated with Christmas theme. Invengerians got nostalgic with the "retro dressing contest". Group dance and Mad-Ad competitions entertained the crowd. Invenger team developed a new vendor interface for its insurance client and deployed it successfully to facilitate seamless integration with the client's Siebel application. The entire process of Bill review and financial settlement was automated by applying business rules which can be modified by Business users.This implementation received appreciation from the client for the sheer reduction in manual intervention during the Bill review and settlement process.
Invenger’s US based Insurance client needed to cater to Government's compliance requirements for Medicare. Invenger delivered a robust and flexible system for Medicare reporting purposes using Oracle Siebel EIM & EAI, Oracle Policy Automation and Informatica. The automated solution resulted in accurate and consistent reporting, which ensured that client was able to respond in time to Government’s compliance needs. Client was also able to avoid paying penalty due to this successful implementation.
3 days Stress Buster workshop was conducted by P. Manohar Prabhu for the Invenger Team. This was held at the "Eden Club", Mangalore. It was a motivating and stress relieving session for all the employees and was a welcome break from their hectic schedule.
Invenger celebrated "Annual Day-2010 " at "Paradise Isle beach resort", Udupi on 12th June, 2010. Day was filled with fun and games which included sports activities like volley ball, water ball, tug of war to name a few. Formal function started in the evening by lighting the lamp by all Managers followed by Speech from our CEO of Invenger Technologies Inc and our CTO of Invenger Technologies. It was also time to celebrate the achievements that came along during the past one year. Event concluded with cultural programmes, including Music and dance competitions, Live DJ and dinner.
Invengerians grabbed the 2nd place in Group Dance (Theme - Folk) competition, hosted by MRPL Ladies club. 8 corporates participated in this competition. Invenger team prepared for this competition in just 3 days and astounded the crowd with an amazing performance.

Invenger Team was given a new project to redesign the Client’s Workers Compensation System, which was earlier mainframe based. The platform was moved from Mainframe to Siebel Version 188.8.131.52. Invenger team successfully redesigned and implemented Workers Compensation System in Siebel and delivered its first release to client. This was a very successful release for the client with positive response coming from the Business and was a defect free release.
Invenger QA team successfully delivers on the Billing Test Automation Project for its US based Insurance client. The project involved automating around 300 Mainframe and Web based Regression Test cases associated with the Billing process. Invenger QA team used Quick Test Professional with Terminal Emulators and Web add-ins to automate all test cases. The test cases were extremely complex and had multiple iterations, as data refresh would happen frequently at the client place. Invenger QA team also wrote automation scripts to create policy data at will. The QA team also built logic within all the scripts to give trigger off emails to testing team for success or failure and to give appropriate reasons for failure. When client’s Billing testing team started using the automated scripts, they were delighted with the ease of use and the reduced cycle time. Invenger QA team got a lot of appreciation from the client for delivering the project before schedule. Client was now able to execute Billing Regression test cases with lesser number of resources and in shorter cycle time.
Invenger recruited candidates from reputed engineering Institutes across India through Campus recruitment drive. The process comprised of technical tests followed by 2 rounds of interviews. As an organization, looking to bolster the combination of experience with youth, Invenger often looks at mentoring and grooming talent to the next level.
Invenger’s Insurance client had recently taken over 2 other Insurance companies. Invenger was given the task of integrating the functionalities associated with these companies with our client. This involved accommodating features associated with insurance policies of these companies and ensuring complete data migration from these companies to our client System. Invenger was able to successfully deliver on both fronts and provide a seamless interface for end users to access data associated with the new companies alongside client’s own data.
Invenger has built an EAI based Data Synchronization mechanism Siebel 6 and the newly developing Siebel 8 based Claims Management system. Data related to several insurance entities are being successfully synchronized between the current Siebel 6 system and the latest Siebel 8 based system. This is an extremely important system, as it enables both Siebel 6 and Siebel 8 systems to co-exist and ensure latest synched data in both systems.
The evening of 24th April, 2009, at Hotel Deepa Comforts, Mangalore saw the entire Invenger family come along together to celebrate its annual day. This event included Music and Dance performances .On the spot games were organized and lots of prizes were distributed. The fun filled event ended with Live DJ and dinner.
Invenger organized the first of its kind tennis ball cricket tournament with 18 of the best cricket teams from California. The matches were held at, Rancho Santa Susana Community park - 5005-C.E.Los Angeles, Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93063 Simi Eagles were the deserving winners of the tournament after beating the pre-tournament favorites WCC and Woodland Hills. Woodland Hills played great cricket through out the tournament winning games with ease till they ran into Simi Eagles in the final played under lights and viewed by a substantial crowd. Winners received an attractive trophy plus $500 (crisp $1 bills, bundled in hundreds), while the runners received a trophy and took away $300 in $1 bills. Best Batsman: Vinod Moorthy (Woodland Hills) - Consistent batting through out the tournament Best Bowler: Ranjith (Simi Hawks) - Did not bowl in all games, but still ended up as the top wicket taker of the tournament and that too bowling the crucial death overs with a very good economy rate as well. Best Fielder of the Finals: Manoj (Simi Eagles) - Amazing one handed pick up and direct throw for an important run out in the finals. Man of the Finals and also man of the tournament: Nagaraj Inamati (Simi Eagles).
Our esteemed client visited our offshore office in India. The client representative had constructive interactions with different teams, also had meetings on business avenues with our Senior Management. The client was the chief guest of honor during the inauguration ceremony celebration at Invenger Towers during April 2008.
Invenger bagged a Test Automation project from its US based Insurance client. The project involves automating Mainframe and Web based Regression Test cases associated with the Billing process. Invenger QA team built a POC by automating a sample of the Regression Test cases. These test cases have an average of more than 30 steps. Each step has multiple sub steps and depend on batch jobs to be run to be able to continue execution. Invenger team automated these steps as well as the mainframe batch jobs and justified to the client that they will be able to reduce their manual effort by running these automated scripts. Client was very excited about this prospect and signed Invenger up for the project. The project has a very tight schedule of 3 months to automate close to 300 test cases.
Invenger’s Siebel Development Team delivered Remote eCheck functionality to its US based Insurance Client. Remote eCheck functionality allows Agents and Field Representatives to make direct payments to Policy holders at their locations. This comes in very handy in case of a disaster situation, where the policy holder may be in need of immediate money.
Invenger receives Certificate of Excellence Award from Government of Karnataka and Software Technology Parks of India for its major contribution to exports from sub center Mangalore/Manipal during year 2006-07.
Invenger’s BI/DW Team has significantly improved the performance of its client’s ETL process, used to load Business data from Source Siebel System to Datamart. The performance was improved 5 times, by optimizing the existing logic. Client has experienced improved data availability due to this optimization and appreciated Invenger’s effort.
Invenger’s Software Testing Team automated more than 85% of its Client’s Regression Test Set. The testing team has expertise in automation tools like WinRunner, QTP. However, for this project, the testing team had a unique opportunity to quickly learn and use Worksoft’s Certify to automate the Regression Test set. Over 600 test cases were successfully automated. Many of these test cases were end to end, which needed integration with Mainframe, bespoke and web based applications. All these interfaces were successfully automated. The automation had the much needed positive impact of reduced resource count and improved cycle time for Regression testing.
Invenger Team has delivered a comprehensive financial functionality of Automatic Reserve to its US based Insurance client. The Automatic Reserve functionality will allow amounts to be reserved automatically for payments to Policy holders.
Invenger bagged Software Testing project from a large US based Insurance Company. Testing efforts would include the entire cycle of Integration, Regression, Performance and Deployment testing for all Claims Management Software Releases. The Application would be based Siebel CRM and its integration with Mainframe, web and custom built applications. Within a few cycles of testing, it is Invenger team’s intention to automate majority of the Regression test set to give client more value, reduced resource count and effective utilization and faster testing cycle time.
Invenger bagged Siebel Development and Business Intelligence projects from a large US based Insurance client. Development would involve maintenance of the Siebel based Claims Management system within the organization. Invenger team would be delivering Business functionalities over multiple releases over a number of years. Invenger Business Intelligence and Data warehousing team would be handling the entire Claims Management Reporting process, including extracting data from source systems for the datamart and generating value added Business reports.
