Guidewire Partnership

Guidewire Software announced InsurPay, a division of Invenger Technologies, as the new solution alliance partner. Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), provides software products to Property and Casualty (P&C) insurers around the globe. InsurPay provides a comprehensive payments platform that supports insurance companies replace checks for outbound payments. As an alliance partner, InsurPay is providing a ready-for-Guidewire accelerator to support any insurance company using Guidewire ClaimCenter® to integrate with its fully functioning payments solution. This integration would support organizations in replacing checks with electronic payments, thus helping carriers increase customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and settle claims faster.

Invenger redesigns the Survey Program of a leading US based Auto & Property Insurance Company

With this initiative, the Survey applications were re-designed to be compatible with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) guidelines, so that the applications could be accessed with ease by differently abled people. Optimizations were also made to the applications for various user agents in such a way that the content could be accessed by highly limited devices like mobile phones.

Integration of Salesforce platform with customer portal

The Invenger team was involved in the successful integration of the Customer portal application to the newly created Salesforce environment. By moving the critical services to a highly scalable cloud environment, the downtime issues were addressed and this resulted in overall increase in traffic and sales by 12%.

Automatic Document Indexing System

Invenger developed an automatic document indexing and classification system for a leading US based Auto & Property Insurance Company. This system uses machine learning techniques to extract the details from the document as well as classifies the documents against the trained data set. With the capability to distinguishing data from various types of files such as PDF documents and images, Introduction of this system resulted in eliminating the manual effort involved in processing large sets of documents/images.

Invenger Builds Scheduler Application for US Based Auto and Property Insurance Company

A web application developed using Kendo Scheduler UI has been integrated with Siebel that provides easy way to access the user's appointment/Unavailability details. It also enables user to access appointment/Unavailability information of his/her Team, Division and Peers. The scheduler application has features like access appointments based on users visibility, filter appointment based on zip codes, re-schedule and re-assign appointments by drag and drop.

Digital India Campaign

Under the Initiative of Hon'ble Prime Minister of India NarendraModi, the Digital India Campaign was organized at various IT Organizations and Invenger was also part of it. A digital Collage competition was organized for the employees on the Topic "Swacch Digital India" and the winners were awarded with electronic goodies. There was also a presentation on the topic of E-Waste and Cyber Security.

Informatica ILM - Claims Retention and Purge Management:

Invenger's ILM (Information Lifecycle Management ) team invested efforts in the development of Purge/Retention data management project for a large US based Insurance company. The project involves identification of claims eligible for purge by a number of rules defined by compliance/data governance policies as well as a specific expiration date set in the past. Retention policies would retain selected claims from being purged by setting a flag. This purge mechanism would enable clients to reduce storage costs while being in compliance with legal guidelines.

Invenger developed and deployed a platform for document processing and indexing, for a leading US based Auto & Property Insurance Company

This platform consists of multiple services that concurrently process requests from various sources and can process multiple document types efficiently and effectively. The new platform helps reduce the maintenance/ license costs involved in both Client and Server machines and inherits the benefits implemented in the latest version of Microsoft .NET 4.6.1 version..

Annual Sports Tournament

Outdoor and indoor sports events like Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Carrom, Pool Billiards and Table Tennis were conducted for all the employees which was spread across for a span of two months, prior to the Annual day celebrations due July.

11th Annual Day Celebration

Invenger Technologies celebrated their 11th Annual Day on 7th July 2017, Friday at “Hotel Goldfinch”, Mangalore. The event began with the Management giving the Bird’s eye view on the organization’s success and also shared inputs on the career path planned for every employee’s growth as well. As a tradition, various employees were recognized for their contributions on professional front along with rewards to the winners of various sports and co-curricular activities. Post the formal segment, an entertainment program was held where Invenger employees came together in putting up a splendid show which was also teamed up with lots of fun games. The event was wound-up with DJ party and dinner.

Diwali Celebrations

In support of the “Go-Green” concept, Invenger celebrated Diwali celebrations with “Eco-Friendly Flower Carpet competition”. On the day of final celebrations the event was colorful with Diwali lunch, fun games, fashion parade, entertainment and rewards for the winners of the competition & games. The program was concluded with Dandiya eve.

Invenger extended Informatica ILM in Attachment archival and Live Archival/Maintenance support:

The Invenger ILM (Informatica Information Lifecycle Management ) team successfully archived different forms of attachments such as email, documents, and images along with associated data to meet the complete data governance/compliance process. Visually the archived details can be seen in the form of graphs/charts and audit reports can be generated on the same. The ILM team also provided maintenance support.

Invenger integrates US based Auto & Property Insurance Company with leading Repair Facilities network

The integration allows users to seamlessly search and assign a Repair Facility from the vendor network, within the claim handling application and also permits the Repair Facility to upload an estimate for Claim handler's review. This implementation replaces an existing manual process that allowed customers to choose a repair facility outside of the approved list, thus enhancing the overall customer experience for the insurance company.

Flexible Ordering System

Invenger developed and integrated a flexible ordering component in a Sales Ordering Solution for a leading US Based Salesforce automation company. This ordering component utilizes Bluetooth technology to improve the user experience and also helps in saving over 20% of the time consumed by the Sales representative in placing orders.

Decennial Celebrations

On 3rd June 2016 Friday, Invenger marked its Decennial year splendidly at “The Taj Gateway”, Mangalore. Opening with the formal session on company’s roadmap to success through the decade, the organization honored the employees on professional grounds and also winners of various activities held on behalf of the event. Entertainment program was held where external artists and Invenger employees performed graciously.The event came to an end with DJ party and a lavish dinner.

Diwali Celebrations

On account of Diwali celebrations, Diya decoration competition was held and the prizes were distributed on the day of celebration where the Invenger family came together for a Diwali lunch party as well.

Christmas Celebrations

Based on the theme of festive season of Christmas, employees creatively decorated their floors and also took part in the Secret Santa activity indulging themselves in lots of fun.

Invenger venture in Informatica ILM Development Projects

Informatica Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) refers to strategies for administering storage systems on computing devices in turn empowering IT organizations to cost-effectively handle data growth, safely retire legacy systems and applications. Invenger’s ILM team invested efforts on retiring an extensive Mainframe legacy application for a leading US Based Auto & Property Insurance company by archiving the data in a secure and highly compressed format. This effort positively impacted client operations by reducing the hardware, software and maintenance costs and also provided the business users an option of generating reports from centralized, unified archiving platform.

Invenger Deploys Siebel Open UI based Claims Quick View for US Based Auto and Property Insurance Company

Quick View provides users easy and quick access to entity information such as Claims, Claim Units, Payments, Coverage’s, Contacts, Coverage Alerts, Damages, Occupants, Endorsements, Vendors, Medicare, Claim Assignees etc., on selecting a particular entity. This avoids multiple drilldowns for obtaining the entity information. When the entity information is obtained, user can navigate to the related view upon drilldown on the first field of the entity information. Quick View is designed in such a way that it can be easily configurable. It is driven by rules defined for each entity in admin tables. Fields that are displayed in Quick view are also configurable for each entity.

Outdoor Sports Tournament

Invenger conducted the annual sports event. The Events includedBadminton, Volleyball andCricket. Employees participated in large number and the winners were awarded Cash Prizes.

Portal for Proof of Delivery Tracking

This application automates the paper work of accounts department and reduced the overall time spent by account admin team by 30%. Portal provides details of deliveries, invoices applied and credits paid to the customer. There is also provision to check the archived account details.

Annual Day Celebrations

The 9th Annual Day was celebrated on 24th April 2015, at Hotel Goldfinch Mangalore. The Event started off with a formal function which included awarding outstanding performers, reading the Annual Report, cutting of director MR. KS Pai’s Birthday Cake and followed by some entertainment by the Invenger Employees. The event ended with a DJ party and Grand Dinner.

Cooking without fire competition

Employees put on their chef caps and got into a cooking spree. The participants cooked various dishes which included 1 savory, 1 dessert and 1 drink.All of the 3 dishes were cooked without fire.

Invenger redesigns the website of Leading US Based Auto and Property Insurance Company

With the redesign initiative, Invenger brought the 'responsive' aspect to the customer's web application, making it behave consistently across all platforms and devices like Android, iPad and Apple Watch. The redesign resulted in significant performance improvement over the previous site and the user traffic to the website is increased by 15%.

Delivery Tracker for Drivers

Invenger developed an application to be used by Drivers for accounting delivery details. This application intuitively shows the user invoices delivered and allows adding collected payment details. Application also produces various reports per Customer which can be used for understanding the trends.

Invenger celebrated Independence Day with pride and style

Invenger hosted a few patriotic events on the occasion of Independence Day. The series of events included painting/sketching competition, a get together with spot games and a dance performance. We also had a short video displayed for our employees reminding us all about what real freedom would be if each of us could be better citizens of India. We also had the bays decorated with the “Tiranga” colors. All the bays were decorated with tricolored balloons and flags bringing in the spirit of independence! The judges had a tough time judging the Painting/ Sketch Competition since every painting/sketch was better than the other!The later parts of the event had prize distribution. The winners of the spot games were given chocolates and gift vouchers. The painting and sketching competition had 3 prizes each and the winners were awarded with cash prizes. There was a special prize for the dancers too for their mind blowing performance! The event wrapped up with the singing of the National Anthem.

Indoor Sports Tournament

Invenger conducted the annual sports event. The Events included Carrom and Table Tennis tournaments for various categories like Men’s Doubles, Female Doubles, Mixed Doubles. The events were held at Invenger’s sports café and the participation was in full spirits.

Diwali Celebration

The festival of lights was celebrated with great enthusiasm; all employees came dressed in Ethnic Attire. There was a get together at the cafeteria followed by few fun games, prize distribution and Snack Party.

Invenger develops e-Marketing solution for leading US based sales force automation company

This content management system is developed for Sales representatives of wholesale distribution company. Important documents like flyers, promotions, deals are synchronized and maintained on the application for making better sales. This new platform enables the client to keep the sales representatives notified about new promos & deals so that they can focus on increasing sales.

Invenger Technologies Receives Prestigious FKCCI Best Software Exporter Gold Award For The Year 2013

June 22nd, 2013 - Invenger Technologies received the FKCCI Best Software Exporter Gold Award for the year 2013. This is the second time in a row that this coveted award has been conferred upon Invenger. The Award ceremony was held at Hotel Le Meridien in Bangalore on 22nd June 2013. Krishna Mohan Pai – CEO of Invenger Technologies Inc and K Sathyendra Pai – Director of Invenger Technologies received the award from K.H. Muniyappa, Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Director General of Foreign Trade for India - Anoop K. Poojary, FKCCI President - K.Shivashanmugham, FKCCI International Trade President - R.Krishna also graced the occasion. With this award, Invenger Technologies has so far received five awards for software exports, thereby demonstrating its capabilities in consistently providing value added services to its clients and maintaining year on year growth in its software exports.

Invenger Technologies Successfully Receives SSAE-16 Type II Attestation

APRIL 1st, 2013— Invenger Technologies has successfully completed its examination in conformity with AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16, Reporting on Controls at a Service Organization for the period October 01, 2012 through March 31, 2013. The audit was performed by an independent US based accounting and auditing firm. Subsequently, Invenger will go through the SSAE-16 attestation process on a yearly basis to demonstrate compliance. Completion of the SSAE 16 Type II examination indicates that selected processes, procedures and controls within Invenger Technologies have been formally evaluated and tested by the auditing firm. The examination included Invenger’s controls related to Software Development, Software Testing, Technical Support and its internal services including IT Administration, Physical Security and Human Resources. Approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), SSAE-16 is widely recognized, because it represents the fact that a service organization has been through an in-depth examination of its control objectives and control activities. A Type II report not only includes the service organization's system description, but also includes detailed testing of the design and operating effectiveness of the service organization's controls. K Sathyendra Pai, Director, Invenger Technologies commented that “Our primary objective behind getting the SSAE-16 attestation done, was to ensure and demonstrate that we have streamlined controls and processes in place, for the services that we offer to our clients and also to give assurance of a solid set of departmental processes and the requisite infrastructure to support our clients’ needs. Big FM Navras Cup

Invenger "women in Pink" bagged Runner-up trophy at first Women's Cricket Tourney "Advaith Hyundai BIG FM Navras Cup" organized by 92.7 BIG FM as part of Navarathri celebration at Urwa Cricket Ground on Sunday October 2. Overall match was of 5 overs for the 3 prelims and 6 overs for the finals. BCCI National Panel Umpire Hari Govind and KSCA Umpire Sandip umpired the match.

Festive Fun

As part of Christmas celebrations, various competitions were held at Invenger. Bays were decorated with Christmas theme. Invengerians got nostalgic with the "retro dressing contest". Group dance and Mad-Ad competitions entertained the crowd. Visit Of Sri Sri Ramachandra Guruji

Sri Sri Ramachandra Guruji visited Invenger's offices in Mangalore and had an interactive session on the Sub-conscious, to improve and develop self-confidence, positive thinking, performance & productivity, personal growth etc. It was an effective and motivating experience for all the employees.

A Prize Distribution ceremony was held on 18th Feb, 2011 at our Head Office to facilitate the winners of various sports events conducted earlier this year. This event was spiced up with a musical performance by some of our talented employees.

Invenger Delivers A Comprehensive Bill Vendor Interface Client

Invenger team developed a new vendor interface for its insurance client and deployed it successfully to facilitate seamless integration with the client's Siebel application. The entire process of Bill review and financial settlement was automated by applying business rules which can be modified by Business users.This implementation received appreciation from the client for the sheer reduction in manual intervention during the Bill review and settlement process.

Invenger Delivers On Client’s Government Compliance Requirements

Invenger’s US based Insurance client needed to cater to Government's compliance requirements for Medicare. Invenger delivered a robust and flexible system for Medicare reporting purposes using Oracle Siebel EIM & EAI, Oracle Policy Automation and Informatica. The automated solution resulted in accurate and consistent reporting, which ensured that client was able to respond in time to Government’s compliance needs. Client was also able to avoid paying penalty due to this successful implementation.

Workshop On Stress Buster

3 days Stress Buster workshop was conducted by P. Manohar Prabhu for the Invenger Team. This was held at the "Eden Club", Mangalore. It was a motivating and stress relieving session for all the employees and was a welcome break from their hectic schedule.

Annual Day Celebrations -2010

Invenger celebrated "Annual Day-2010 " at "Paradise Isle beach resort", Udupi on 12th June, 2010. Day was filled with fun and games which included sports activities like volley ball, water ball, tug of war to name a few. Formal function started in the evening by lighting the lamp by all Managers followed by Speech from our CEO of Invenger Technologies Inc and our CTO of Invenger Technologies. It was also time to celebrate the achievements that came along during the past one year. Event concluded with cultural programmes, including Music and dance competitions, Live DJ and dinner.

2^nd Place In The Inter Ladies Club Group Dance Competition

Invengerians grabbed the 2^nd place in Group Dance (Theme - Folk) competition, hosted by MRPL Ladies club. 8 corporates participated in this competition. Invenger team prepared for this competition in just 3 days and astounded the crowd with an amazing performance.

Invenger Celebrates Ethnic Day As Part Of Diwali Celebrations

Ethnic day was celebrated at Invenger Technologies on the occasion of Diwali. All Invengerians dressed up in traditional clothing. Invenger delivers the first release of redesigned Workers Compensation System for its Insurance client

Invenger Team was given a new project to redesign the Client’s Workers Compensation System, which was earlier mainframe based. The platform was moved from Mainframe to Siebel Version 8.0.0.3. Invenger team successfully redesigned and implemented Workers Compensation System in Siebel and delivered its first release to client. This was a very successful release for the client with positive response coming from the Business and was a defect free release.

Invenger QA Team successfully delivers on the Billing Test Automation Project for its client

Invenger QA team successfully delivers on the Billing Test Automation Project for its US based Insurance client. The project involved automating around 300 Mainframe and Web based Regression Test cases associated with the Billing process. Invenger QA team used Quick Test Professional with Terminal Emulators and Web add-ins to automate all test cases. The test cases were extremely complex and had multiple iterations, as data refresh would happen frequently at the client place. Invenger QA team also wrote automation scripts to create policy data at will. The QA team also built logic within all the scripts to give trigger off emails to testing team for success or failure and to give appropriate reasons for failure. When client’s Billing testing team started using the automated scripts, they were delighted with the ease of use and the reduced cycle time. Invenger QA team got a lot of appreciation from the client for delivering the project before schedule. Client was now able to execute Billing Regression test cases with lesser number of resources and in shorter cycle time.

Campus/Pool Recruitment Drive 2009

Invenger recruited candidates from reputed engineering Institutes across India through Campus recruitment drive. The process comprised of technical tests followed by 2 rounds of interviews. As an organization, looking to bolster the combination of experience with youth, Invenger often looks at mentoring and grooming talent to the next level.

Invenger helps integrate functionalities of 2 other Insurance Companies with its Insurance client

Invenger’s Insurance client had recently taken over 2 other Insurance companies. Invenger was given the task of integrating the functionalities associated with these companies with our client. This involved accommodating features associated with insurance policies of these companies and ensuring complete data migration from these companies to our client System. Invenger was able to successfully deliver on both fronts and provide a seamless interface for end users to access data associated with the new companies alongside client’s own data.

Invenger builds an EAI based Data Synchronization framework for its Insurance client

Invenger has built an EAI based Data Synchronization mechanism Siebel 6 and the newly developing Siebel 8 based Claims Management system. Data related to several insurance entities are being successfully synchronized between the current Siebel 6 system and the latest Siebel 8 based system. This is an extremely important system, as it enables both Siebel 6 and Siebel 8 systems to co-exist and ensure latest synched data in both systems.

Annual Day Celebrations -2009

The evening of 24th April, 2009, at Hotel Deepa Comforts, Mangalore saw the entire Invenger family come along together to celebrate its annual day. This event included Music and Dance performances .On the spot games were organized and lots of prizes were distributed. The fun filled event ended with Live DJ and dinner.

Invenger open - tennis ball cricket tournament

Invenger organized the first of its kind tennis ball cricket tournament with 18 of the best cricket teams from California. The matches were held at, Rancho Santa Susana Community park - 5005-C.E.Los Angeles, Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93063 Simi Eagles were the deserving winners of the tournament after beating the pre-tournament favorites WCC and Woodland Hills. Woodland Hills played great cricket through out the tournament winning games with ease till they ran into Simi Eagles in the final played under lights and viewed by a substantial crowd. Winners received an attractive trophy plus $500 (crisp $1 bills, bundled in hundreds), while the runners received a trophy and took away $300 in $1 bills. The client representative had constructive interactions with different teams, also had meetings on business avenues with our Senior Management. The client was the chief guest of honor during the inauguration ceremony celebration at Invenger Towers during April 2008.

Invenger Team bags Billing Test Automation project through a successful POC

Invenger bagged a Test Automation project from its US based Insurance client. The project involves automating Mainframe and Web based Regression Test cases associated with the Billing process. Invenger QA team built a POC by automating a sample of the Regression Test cases. These test cases have an average of more than 30 steps. Each step has multiple sub steps and depend on batch jobs to be run to be able to continue execution. Invenger team automated these steps as well as the mainframe batch jobs and justified to the client that they will be able to reduce their manual effort by running these automated scripts. Client was very excited about this prospect and signed Invenger up for the project. The project has a very tight schedule of 3 months to automate close to 300 test cases.

Remote eCheck functionality allows Agents and Field Representatives to make direct payments to Policy holders at their locations. Invenger’s BI/DW Team has significantly improved the performance of its client’s ETL process, used to load Business data from Source Siebel System to Datamart. The performance was improved 5 times, by optimizing the existing logic. Client has experienced improved data availability due to this optimization and appreciated Invenger’s effort.

Invenger Testing Team automates Regression Test set for its Insurance client

Invenger’s Software Testing Team automated more than 85% of its Client’s Regression Test Set. The testing team has expertise in automation tools like WinRunner, QTP. However, for this project, the testing team had a unique opportunity to quickly learn and use Worksoft’s Certify to automate the Regression Test set. Over 600 test cases were successfully automated. Many of these test cases were end to end, which needed integration with Mainframe, bespoke and web based applications. All these interfaces were successfully automated. The automation had the much needed positive impact of reduced resource count and improved cycle time for Regression testing.

Testing efforts would include the entire cycle of Integration, Regression, Performance and Deployment testing for all Claims Management Software Releases. The Application would be based Siebel CRM and its integration with Mainframe, web and custom built applications. Within a few cycles of testing, it is Invenger team’s intention to automate majority of the Regression test set to give client more value, reduced resource count and effective utilization and faster testing cycle time.

Development would involve maintenance of the Siebel based Claims Management system within the organization. Invenger team would be delivering Business functionalities over multiple releases over a number of years. Invenger Business Intelligence and Data warehousing team would be handling the entire Claims Management Reporting process, including extracting data from source systems for the datamart and generating value added Business reports.
